I’ve been using this for about a month and it’s just what I was looking for. I have an older LDC tv with only one HDMI port. When I received a blu-ray player for a gift, I needed something to eliminate the hassle of manually switching the cable from one device to another. Now when I turn the Blu-ray player on or off, the signal automatically switches between the TV and player. No remote necessary.

The unit works great with the remote. It does not default to my dish network DVR as mentioned in previous reviews. The dish network repair guy told me there is a newer version that would do this.

It works great and is very easy to set up. For any bad reviews the error is on the buyer. If you have done your research and need this product buy it ASAP
